If humans can only reproduce by sexual reproduction, how can create at the same time

1. an all female world
2. genetic variations in the offsprings ?

Well i'm not really sure what you are getting at holyduckie but:

With the advent of refridgeration, the turkey baster and preinmplant gender screening it would be possible.
I am also not sure what you are getting at but I'll have a go.

1. Male sperm carry the chromosome for sex determination so without genetic trickery and IVF treatment, an all female world is quite unlikely.

2. Genetic variations in offsprin occur because the egg and sperm ar what's known as 'haploid' cells i.e. they only have half the DNA of the parent. So on combination, the egg and the sperm will bring different sections of the parental DNA to the offspring.

Hope that sort of helps though i didn't really understand the question :S
