One site suggests that there are 29.3Kw/h in a therm, or 0.03413 therms per Kw/h and of course, the EC therm is different to the US therm.
and is again slightly different itself from a UK therm.

as a UK therm is 105,505,585 joules
and 1 KWhr is 3,600,000 joules

You'll see that you get 29.31KW/hr as TeeGee says
