was it dry or did you use some sort of sauce?

I do this sort of things most evenings.....i start off with some chicken, stir fry in teriyaki sauce then get some beansprouts, mushrooms, spring onions, chopped chilli, peppers and god knows what else i can find and stir fry for a few minutes....possibly adding some soy sauce and lime juice.

Meanwhile, i get a few new potatoes and boil for around 8 mins. Put in a small baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and honey and roast until done (around 30 mins)....absolutely stunning.

It's just a question of seeing what's in the fridge/cupboards and throwing it together.

I find that anything I do with food ingredients turns out lovely provided I start with chopping and frying some onions and slurp a large glass of red wine throughout the whole process. Isn't that how Keith Floyd became so successful?

Try adding a glass of wine !
