I am trying to trace a product that was advertised on their program in the early years. It was a noise reduceing black box that was demonstrated in a red brick office block near Ladbroke Grove adjacent to The Westway Flyover .

"Advertised"? surely you mean "demonstrated".

Having A product appear on TW was often the best way to ensure it was never seen again, the notable exception being the CD.
