What movement is possible for the phospholipids located in the membrane???

Phospholipids freely drift laterally within the membrane. Flip-flop diffusion (from one side of the bilayer to the other) does occur, but only rarely, since the hydrophilic heads would have to cross the hydrophobic core of the bilayer. Make sense?
Do you mean the phospholipids that are moving, or are they facilitating the movement of other molecules/ions through the membrane?
