If man can change the temperature of a hurricane or decrease the temperature of the water in which it will pass through, will that not decrease the strength and longevity of the storm? Weather planes fly through the hurricane wall to evaluate it, can some kind of chemical be disbursed to cause a cooling effect? AND....if hurricanes were diminished or eliminated would the Earth suffer some sort of adverse effects....Are there any scientific replenishing qualities amidst all the destruction?
