There's always a silver lining if you look hard enough ...

... had vile gastric problems since Friday - resulting from either a garlic bread overdose or a dodgy mussel or two.

No wine, coffee or any food except nibbling at bits of bland pap for three days.

Whic is boring (and painful).

On the plus side I've lost nearly half a stone - and I still don't feel much like eating (or indeed drinking wine), so there may be more to come off ...

You must stay hydrated though Dave. Keep drinking the water.

Hope you feel better soon.x
You are so lucky - being ill never helps me to lose weight. Even when really depressed. It is just so not fair.

Be good to yourself, nice drinks of water - not much can go wrong then. If you feel that you need a nurse then Frankie can visit you and purr you better. His sister is being horrible to him just now and he needs a break.

:-)
you are Pollyanna !! ..lol hope you feel better soon..I lost nearly a stone during last spell of lurgy.... ..xxx..
