Looks as if I am the only 'Chatterbanker' still awake. Perhaps it's time I went to bed because I must be up relatively early tomorrow for an eyesight test at 9am and I can't imagine that the earlier poster (rasmus) is going to reply at this time of morning.
Hi mamy....I have a lazy left eye and it was responsible for my failure to qualify for military conscription, more than 60 years ago. However, my right eye has always allowed me to see far more than I perhaps I should :-)
If only I could type faster, I would have included Sparkles, scorpiojo, and Caran in my earier reply.....By the time this is posted there could be other respondents.
Thanks cupid.......I think I will still meet the requirement to drive a car, although most driving is now done by my dear wife who a few months back had a cataract op and last week was deemed to be up to DVLA standards.
Where Mamy are you holidaying.....No immediate rush for you to tell me because I have a glass of red wine to finish before I go to off to bed; and might have a glass refill.
sorry to read about your eyes Hans. Our Welshy was aerosol spraying and got paint in his contacts; been driving him from hospital to hospital for help. Got loads of eye drops. Ouch ouch ouch, too bloody vain to wear goggles!
