2. is BIBLE CAKE. I saw the recipe for it on a little display board discarded from an old Sunday School cupboard. Every ingredient (raisins, sugar, eggs ...) is identified by a book, chapter, and verse in the Bible where it's mentioned - and there are 66 books in the Bible. It's also called SCRIPTURE CAKE.

I doubt that any Sunday School has used this to enlighten young children's minds these last fifty years or more, so it's quite a tough clue unless your mind clicks on the significance of "66 books" and you take a guess.
