my very nice husband has been suspended for no apparent reason.

The last thing he posted was a home made animated xmas video. Now suspended. An attempt to register on a temporary username has been banned.

God knows what is going on.

An explanation would be very welcome.

I thought that the Doc was risking suspension, earlier this evening, for apparently trying to fill Chatterbank with his own threads (and thus blocking everyone else out). Further, some of the threads he was posting seemed to be there solely to go over old arguments ((about suspensions and bans) rather than actually contributing anything new to the site.

However I never saw his video and I don't know why he's actually been suspended.

What-what-what-what? I can't believe it! I enjoyed that clip. It made me laugh. How can doc get back on? We should be told why so that we can avoid it in the future. The place is poorer without him. Sorry, i am gabbling, because I am so surprised and upset.

Suspension unjustified doc. The video is totally harmless and appreciated by other users.

Particularly as you posted the same video in 2008 and it is still on AnswerBank.

Surely your suspension is a glitch in the system - if not, perhaps the Ed will explain.

You did post six posts in a few minutes, all saying more or less the same thing - Ed is not keen on spamming these days. That's all I can think of, I've been doing other things for the last hour so haven't seen what's happened since then.

You won't be. The Ed has said, many times, that decisions about suspension and the like are final and no correspondence will be entered into...

I wasn't suggesting the susp. was justified, just that the flooding might have been the reason.
