I am going to a wedding tomorrow and have two dresses I could wear but cant decide which dress to to go for.

One is a french connection strapless dress which is black and bright pink. I have matching pink shoes for this dress. Here is a picture (looks more red than pink in the pic).

The other one is a Jessica Mc Clintock black and sliver dress. I have a sliver pashmina for this.
This is the closest picture I could find. It looks the same as this (black with silver flowers) but has more of a fitted pencil shape.

I have already asked my bf but the best answer I can get out of him is they're both "grand"
Which do you think would be the nicest?

I like the Black and Pink one best
Are these for the actual ceremony?

Bit OTT for that aren't they?

Both lovely for the evening do, but I personally wouldn't wear either for the ceremony itself.
Me too.
the second one, the Jessicia one. plus cause you have that silver pashmina, you can wrap up in it when it gets a bit chilly. i would go that that one for sure.
Same as BOO. Great for an evening reception though.
I like the second one :)
agree they are more for the evening do and (not rudely) the second one is for a younger woman in my opinion but if that's you then great. The black and pink one is smarter.
also depends on the weather.
Are you in the US? as the adverts are in $s?
ooops sorry, did i say "adverts" when i should have said links?
okay if the wedding's in Spearmint Rhino, I suppse; less so if it's Westminster Abbey. If that's all there is, number two and the pashmina (though a slanket might be warmer).
Neither of those are suitable for the actual wedding ceremony but if it is just for the reception I would go with the first one, the second looks like something a young teen would wear to a prom.
very pretty but maybe not weddingy?
I like the second one, with a pashmina. November tends to be cold and damp, would you be wearing the dress for the whole day or changing for the evening do?
Black to a wedding! Don't you have anything a bit brighter ammms? It's supposed to be a celebration.
That reminds me
The wife asked how I liked her new dress
" looked better with the potatoes in " wasn't what she wanted to hear.
Maybe it's an evening wedding?
First one is the better of the two but you'd need something around your shoulders.
sorry, they are both a bit hooker for a wedding, ok for a night out etc. However, you have to wear something i guess!
both lovely dresses for a party...........................but church wedding ?
agree they are more party dresses than wedding outfits but imo the first one with a longish jacket may work.
I think the second one is super , just wear a vest and the pashmina and you will do champion.
