I have just had a mail from TT that tells me that my problem with internet access was resolved on 11 November.
Have I been doing a Rip Van Winkle - surely today is the 3rd?

They could be talking about last year or it's a typo. Why not phone them to fully understand what they mean.

I am fed up phoning them and getting nowhere. I bought a new router - problem solved, no thanks to TT and their team of 'second level' engineers.
