Song on The Arrow

Please help, i listen to The Arrow radio on DAB at work and i keep hearing a song but they don't tell you what any song is. I think it sounds like Bruce Springsteen but a work colleague says it by Echo & the Bunnymen or Ian McCulloch. Not sure if it's an old or new song. Quite a slow song and very orchestral sounding.
Hope someone can help from this description?
