I would imagine that as this was set at work and is a new staff service that this clue is very much geared to your own situation.

I guess it's a bit of a long shot asking for help but worth a try! This isn't much help but it could be anything from a canteen service to dry cleaning and isn't necessarily company-specific. It's a technical company though. Could it be ....system? Ta
