MM & KM Links Nov 2008 [Week 4]

What a week it has been for competitions. AB-Linkers have at last found the measure of the man called Sir Strix ~ and John Sergeant looks as if he has opted out of Strixly Come Dancing. Has sanity returned to an insane world? As a result, the scoreboard is looking decidedly healthier and I predict another week of goodies for the early punters. What will happen to the "Dance Off" tomorrow evening is more difficult to predict.

Rumour has it that Sir Strix is absolutely delighted to have reversed the trend of low scoring, but will attempt to introduce some degree of control back into hisgame. I think he has "no chance"! Once the members of the Shrubbery Squad smell blood, they do not let go of the quarry. As usual, the launch should open at 08.45 tomorrow, with a lengthy preamble to read before the MM link words are disclosed at 09.00 (sharp) and Sir Strix sets his penultimate set of four words to be linked!

You will need pay special attention to what is happening on the sister game (called KM Links) that should be available in electronic form from one minute past midnight! I can see it becoming available at around 00.05am ~ depending on whoever is first to solve the Herculis Crossword in The Daily Telegraph! Look out for gen2, who will be standing in for seekeerz (from the Land of Oz) over the month of November. He takes responsibility to process the predictions and maintain the League Table for the KM Links. What is seekeerz really up to? Tune in tomorrow and find out the amazing truth! AB-Linking reaches every corner of the globe!

Me? I’m crofter keeper of the scores for MM Links for my sins and I process the predictions and maintain the League Tables for the parallel game.

Good luck for tomorrow, when you will have to tune into another exciting round when enigmatic Sir Strix discloses even more of his complex life.

Perhaps he left the dancing to concentrate more on the link words??

Jan I think you could be right!!!!!! It was very generous of him to give up the TV for his pals on AB!!!!
Perhaps his words will be something to do with dancing as a farewell.
Will be away from computer for about an hour but I will return, and my sidekick PW will be here too!!!

We are all going to a pirate party tomorrow night...I have my costume ready!!

Now all together...index fingers in mouth....one in either corner....stretch lips wide..sideways...do not allow lips to meet ....showing gnashers...and say Pirate Ship!! :-))

Not sure which one yet, could be one of the men!!!
They have some really large white T shirts which one of the girls is going to sequin up think I will keep my trousers on as well though, my days of mini skirt have long gone!!!
hope they don't expect me to sing! will scare all the customers away
