Smartowl - Doh! yes I did find the 13 Amercian states one, eventually and the 156 G+D.
Squarebear - you've confirmed the CotR for me....and I did type www.ditloids.co.uk as I discovered the address in a previous answer and I got a Robot who told me he didn't know some of the answers but nevertheless he was helpful.
I knew the 40 was Life begins at forty but the brain couldn't process the letters.
