faze
Question Author
thx but why.thought it may be daze. ie sounds like dais being a stage?!!
answer faze has been the favourite given about 5 times today .....

faze someone = throw

you may be right!
best to ask kayakamina!
I would go for faze rather than daze, in that to faze someone means to throw them, disturb them etc,

I thought shamrock for the other one but again am not sure.
can't work out the 'paste' connection to shamrock?
Clould be 'paste' as in fake like fake jewels.
Blinking brilliant sham rock !!
Thanks. This was a meaning of paste of which I was not previously aware!
you are now .....

pre-eminent!
I understand faze, but where does the stage and audience come into it?
A stage is a phase which sounds like faze to the listerner, i.e. audience.
Of course, thank you, used to think I was good at cryptics, until I came across this site.
