changing tickets to buckingham palace

we have tickets for today (prepaid over the phone). My hub is ill :-(

what are the chances that they can be changed (booked through the Royal Collection the official site for tickets to royal residences)

I've tried ringing em but they only open at 9am.

Now theyre open i reckon they will have agreed to the change .

yes, they did - although they did say at first that they don't usualy cahnge bookings. but she was very kind and agreed to postpone it.
