the plate is called bucking horse and rider, but the horse's name is Steamboat, the plate started in 1936, this info comes from the state of Whyoming, Hope it helps someone

Old Steamboat is correct from Wyoming. I called the department of motor vehicles myself.

The horses name is Silver City.  I got it from ALPCA Online.  I also got a pic of it from there.  Need more info, let me know, I will give you exact web address.
