Hi Catron!

One I knew from ages ago. Also used in it in a printed quiz round once when I gave a list of reference books and their subjects and asked folk to match them up.

Oddly, whilst Friday used supposedly to be, historically, the tough DT day for the cryptic. I, personally, find, Thursday now to be the tough day of the week.
Monday, also, but that may not be the crossword so much as a result of the after effects of the weekend!

Recently I've been finding Wednesday's the trickiest ( not this week though ) but it depends on getting on the same wavelength as the compiler.
