Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Is there a reason why puzzle 800 has 14 answers starting with the word "the", and 2 others with the letters "the...". Makes it boring

Agreed .. not up to usual standard.

What have you entered for 5 down?
I can only see "the past" or "the wait" but don't like either!

I totally concur. What a cop out! Mind you the sunday telegraph crosswords are not up to the Daily Telegraph standards anyway. They are a very poor second cousin at best.

I put The Wait but think it is a very poor clue.

Didn't like this crossword at all! I've put the wait for 5d also .

I think it may be The Past as that is any time before the present moment of speaking. eg once I've sent this it is in The Past.

I quite agree . It's one of the worst crosswords I've seen - ridiculous clues.

I thought that 5 across was due east which makes 5 down begin with d. Any advances?
