Here we go again timeout expired. How is it no other site I know poses this problem? I reported this last week and I know others have done the same. Not received any response from AB!!

Not really a query, more of a statement. Can get into site but then trying to get follow on pages or an answer link page, takes an age and then comes up with 'timeout expired'. Most frustrating.

Not many of my answers are getting through before time out !

It's crazy busy on Sunday - big day for crosswords and puzzles. These pages take a long time, sometimes, to open and seem to 'freeze' when answers are being posted to them. Are you sure timeout you refer to is not your own internet link?

Thanks for your responses. Starmack, I don't understand computers but I only encounter problems with this site, I can google all day with no problems. Its probably just busy as others suggest.

My other sites I use are fine, but for the last 2 weeks this one has been awful. I understand your frustration!

that is how I managed to get suspended a few weeks ago as I re posted when it timed out and I over posted in the given time
shall be more careful in future
