wild flower quiz

i know these have been asked before but has anyone any idea on these
an angry brassica 7.4.
on high for ever more 3.11.
a gem from japan 7.
cheeky animal 6.6.
to stop a sting 7.
any ideas would be appreciated

A brassica is a cabbage (or turnip) - I can only think of a Cabbage Rose but cannot see why it would be angry!

The second one could be something Everlasting.
There is a straw flower (Helichrysum).

Further to the above, there is Brassica Oleracea which is Wild Cabbage. Could the letters be the wrong way round?

realised when looked at original copy on high for ever more was 8. 11. not 3. 11 so gone for mountain everlasting
