9 - is it cheek?
I think 1) is SASH, as in sash window (presume your fram is frame)
Stumped on 9) I'm afraid
My first thought was sash also but unless wilson-flute has got his diagram wrong - perhaps the last letter of sash is the second letter of 9ac and not the first as shown. I'm sure that cheek is right (two at the top on your face and two at the bottom, must be!)
