Heres a sentence with eleven hads

Ann, while Bob had had "had", had had "had had". "Had had" had had a better effect on the teacher.

It has to do with grammar. "Had had" is the past participle (I believe) and Bob had [written] the wrong answer on his HW assignment (or whatever), which was "had". Ann had [written] the correct answer, which was "had had". Thus, While Bob had had "had" [on his paper], Ann had had "had had" on her paper. The fact that Ann had "had had" on her paper made the teacher happy.

well.. that's actually two sentences
Could use a semi colon making it one sentence, although the first sentence contains the five-times criteria.
eddiebun.
had had is the pluperfect tense, but the second had in had had IS the past participle, because the pluperfect is made up of auxiliary verb (had) and past participle (had)
Hope that clears that up
How about this sentence that contains the word "and" thirteen times consecutively.
A signwritwer has just finished making a sign for a company called Holland and Anderson Limited. however, the manager of this company is unhappy about the uneven spacing of letters in the words and between the words, and writes a letter of complaint to the signwriter, expressing his dissatisfaction, which includes the sentence........

I am not happy about the spacings between "Holl" and "and" and "and" and "and" and "and" and "And" and "And" and "erson".

Beat that !
what a load of rubbish
