There must be dozens! GAT, GET, GIT, GOT, GUT; BAT, BET, BIT, BOT, BUT. You'll need to be more specific!

It's just something my kids & I were discussing - we can't actually think of more than 3 or 4.
I didn't think gat & bot were real words. However, I've just looked them up online. They are a bit obscure but real words nevertheless.
We have been excluding proper nouns & slang.
hat, het, hit, hot, hut
dan,den,din,don,dun
A four letter one: BALL, BELL, BILL, BOLL, BULL. Wonder if there's a five letter one out there...
fat fin foe fen fug

Well done!
Are you guessing as I haven't heard of some of these words (for example: het, dun, boll, fug)
would be far more interesting to find INDIVIDUAL words which contain every vowel, eg uncomplimentary.
Or words that contain every vowel in order: facetious
Question Author
I'm playing this with my 7 year old. She may be clever but I doubt she's come up with either uncomplimentary or facetious !!
Blander , blender , blinder , blonder , blunder . Cannot get beyond 7 letters .

superbly impressed, swannbaker - wait 'til I tell the girls in the morning!
Any more?
Het means agitated, dun is a colour, boll is what cotton comes in. Fug wasn't mine, and I don't understand their answer!
