Greek island hopping

Im toying with the idea of island hopping this year. we will probably go to the Ionian islands, and do Zakynthos, Kefalonia and maybe Ithaka or Lefkada, has anybody ever done this? We only have 10 days and want to see as much as possible without spending most of our holiday travelling! Thanks
