Head and Tail 6 inches each, Body 18 inches

Heres how you do it

1) Head + Tail + Body =30

2) H = T

3) 2H+T=B

substitute 2 into 3 gives 2H + H = B = 3H

sub this and 2 into 1 gives H + H + 3H = 30

therefore H = 6, so T=6, so B=18
