Well done, Nailedit. A friend of mine did something similar some time back and, when he had been 'discharged', he got his daughter to randomly record him (on her phone) at his best; stone-cold sober, clear -headed and fully compus-mentus, and interacting with family and friends.

Then she transferred the recordings to his phone and, he tells me, whenever he felt like he needed a drink, he watched some of them and it gave him that extra resolve he needed to resist the temptation.

I won't say that this would work for everyone but when you're determined to beat this 'illness', i guess you'd try anything that might help.
