talking about roasting, lightly roasting off cauli and cabbage at the moment to cover them in a cheese sauce and bake....then some crispy bacon with it.

Yes I'm a southerner. We have roast parsnips,carrots, red cabbage, Brussels and cauliflower cheese in epic proportions so there's plenty left for bubble and squeak
It's actually 'law' in Yorkshire, bobbi. We have a pudding inspector who may randomly visit your house on Chrimbo day and fine you £5 per person for not having them!
