Minibus is correct - I and B (for book) in MINUS (less).

Thanks biley

I worked that one out ok but cannot fathom how scrotum was reached - wrinkled retainer = scrotum yes but could you enlighten me how the rest of the clue fits? Thanks.

If you take one meaning of the word 'corporation' to be 'body' (corpus is Latin for body), then the clue reads:
Wrinkled retainer close to a body.
the answer to which could very well be 'scrotum'

I don't think it is so obscure if you think of corporation as ( NO OFFENCE BEERBELLY) beerbelly.
Wrinked retainer is close to the tum(=Corporation) perhaps?

Thanks for the comments. I had the scrotum as the wrinkled container and corporation being body/stomach with the scrotum being near the stomach/body its seems to fit!
