Another one I'm struggling to parse today. I can see the definition and maybe the AT (Nat lost head) but that leaves UDI which doesn't mean hope

Maybe the Nat. is UDI ( as In Scot Nat) but that doesn't explain the AT or the kept hope

Yes, we covered the AT bit at 8:30 but couldn't explain the UDI bit

I think the only likely explanation of udi is the suggestion at 08.33 & 08.34.
