Fridge: cheese of all types, bacon, butter, yogurts and my medication lol!
Store cupboard: far too much that sometimes gets found and is three years out of date!

Understand that! Top shelf cupboard is out of reach unless I use a stool
Tinned toms, all pastas, loads of spices and Asian sauces, various oils, various sugars.

Eggs, butter, cheeses, spuds, salad stuff.
I use my spatula to fish things off the top shelf. I had a cull of jars yesterday which had been lingering up there for years, 2010 was the oldest. Eight jars went in the bin.
I stopped using jars of cooking sauce..lasagne, etc...in the main, a couple of years ago but the dates on some of these really took the biscuit. I'm not averse to using out of date things by any means but even I think 2010 would be pushing it.

I grate up cheese and then freeze it. Also, as I only eat butter, I buy it when it's on special offer and keep it in the freezer.

Oh, and I always have made up minced beef portions in the freezer too! Always handy for spag Bol, chilli con carne, cottage pie etc.
