Whoever wins, can they lend me a tenner?
The question doesn't make sense to me espookid, sorry. We have already said the odds of , say, you and a particular friend winning isn't affected by the number of entrants

First of all thanks for bearing with me .No not the chance of either of two people winning
Let me rephrase the question .I live in Finland and the odds of winning the lottery are roughly the same as the UK but if there are only 1.5 million lottery players and I am not talking about just one week then My argument is that my CHANCE of winning can only be 1.5million to one if we played forever ,I am not saying the ODDS change of me getting the correct numbers but simply given equal chance over an unspecified time my chance is much more favourable than the odds suggest
Okay, I don't understand why the number of lottery players is a factor and so I'd better withdraw as I'm not helping

Well if by any chance someone is still reading this .I will reword the question
If the odds of getting the correct line is 15 million to one but the number of players is only 1.5 million then the LIKELIHOOD of one person winning is 1.5 million to one over an unspecified time Am I correct?
No. Can't see that at all, sorry
With the intro of the 10 new numbers, did the odds not balloon to 1 in 45M?
