Hello folks.....for those that remember me lol
We decided to change tariff with EE and on the due date, instead of changing it, EE simply cut off our internet.
After spending hours on the phone listening to tinny voices on a different continent, I finally got through to someone I could hear and understand. He explained they had cut us off in error but it would take up to 15 working days to re-connect us (How does that work?????????). It actually took 17 working days grrrrr.
My only highlight during the whole sorry saga was when speaking to the (very) young man who sorted it out. He gave me his forename and when I asked for his surname he replied
"It is Bolam....as in James Bolam from T.Rex."
