I'm stuck in one area, basically I think I've made a mistake, but can't trace it!
The clues may have a mistaken letter in the definition.
36 across: Fool dumps wife before the fun (5) ?IT??
19 down: Player's turn to be advised in a short time (5) ?TBA?
28 down: A note penned in English by king acting for an African city (7) KA?ANG? (I think it should be Kananga but can't understand the wordplay.
Thanks in advance

Thank you so much, I was sure I'd made a mistake somewhere in 19 down.
Best I could come up with for KANANGA is ANG (meaning "in English") penned in "AN A" i.e. "a note" by K (King) but I don't know how the "acting for" bit comes in.
The first n (note) replaces the letter t in Katanga (African city) if that helps.
