If you recollect the Brum bombs 1976 were detonated because the Bish of Brum forbade any of his priests to give a christian burial to any of the bombers who had blown up Coventry telephone exchange and themselves. - because they had murder in their hearts when they died.
The Russell Sq bomb - when the bus 'just blew up' and a head was found in the adjoining garden, the israeli cultural attache rang up the police and said he was sorry but they were dealing with suicide bombers - constant finding apparently. That is not so much about disposal tho'

possibly, but it's a difficult call. the 4 individuals identified as perpetrators of 7/7 were never tried. would it legally be right to treat them as guilty? their families certainly weren't (at least, nobody then knew what Samantha lewthwaite really was), so there was probably no justification in denying them the chance to grieve.
