When I'm doing my legs I use a sponge and it does the same thing.

I can't believe that people have shelled out £20 for a "razor sharpener" When a pack of 20 of 50p sponges from the pound shop does exactly the same thing (Clean the blade)
With 'Value' razors at 35p for a pack of 5 is it worth it?
My father used to use 7 O'clock razor blades. I remember him 'sharpening' them on the palm of his hand to get a couple more uses out of them. That was a long time ago.

My grandpa long deceased, always used the double edge blades, can't remember the name tho' and, he would sit for ages in the evening with the blade inside a glass tumbler with a finger holding each sharp edge against the glass. He swore a blade would last at least six months however my father disbelieved him and always used a cut-throat. I grew a set at the time!
