Hi,

I work in education, and create training material for staff and students in the use of ICT. In this material, which is predominately web based, I use logos, images and brand names of all the big players in I.T. For example, I have recently produced on online course in the use of Apple iPad's. Where do I stand on the use of "APPLE", "iPad", its logo and an image of an iPad. I do credit Apple in the material, is that enough. What are the legalities of using logos, brand names etc.

Thanks

John
