I don't/can't.

No
don't need to because of above answer
I am always a peace maker, never a fighter.
I try not to until it's essential. life can be tough enough without wasting time worrying about things that a) might not even happen and b) aren't really that important in the grand scheme..
Not in general. Normal worrying if the kids are late or something.
Yes I am.

And I try to tell myself 'what's the worst that can happen, nobodies going to die'.

It doesn't work.
The older I get the more I seem to worry.
Too many things to mention.
Try to avoid it by keeping busy...however its during the night if for some reason I cant sleep that the worrying creeps in!
No.
Very little.
No effort at all, not necessary.
yes and i don't avoid it.
I try not to worry because I know it will all go wrong anyway. Recognise & accept the things one can not change.
I worry about what might happen. I lost both my parents and my husband within 9 months of being diagnosed with cancers. I just don't know what is round the corner and if I could cope. I try to stay positive as I feel positive attracts postitive.
No. My family has a saying ' You die if you worry and you die if you don't' so don't worry about anything you can't do anything about. If you can do something about it then do so.

Yes, I worry about anything and everything. I avoid it by drinking a lot.
Desky, I know it might be hard to do but take small steps. Attend to what's in front of you, by that I mean what the present problem is. Stop trying to control everything, take one step at a time. I wish you everything good always. x
I quite often worry about work. Then a project is completed and I wonder what I was worried about.
Cor, aren't you a nice person, society! That's a really sweet thing to say to desktop
haha lol Jan, 'Deadpan Delivery' of the day award goes to you!
I'm worried about next week because I let a mate be in charge of booking us a travelodge. I wont be happy with it until we're actually in the rooms!

I worry about anything that's not in my control...
