We normally do KM Sat & Telegraph, followed by Observer ,Telegraph Cryptic
& GK and Sun Express each & every week end, then of course Herculis on
Monday.
We always send them in and since The Answer Bank started there seems
less chance of winning!!
The latest stamp increases will mean it is getting quite expensive as well, apart from newspaper & envelope costs.
Maybe time to retire........What do other A Bankers think.

I do Sat Telegraph and Sunday Express x3 crosswords, will still keep sending them off. Really enjoy telegraph but only Saturday one that has prize.
I'll probably give up sending them in - I only do them for fun really as the prizes are not up to much anyway.
Maybe the Telegraph will allow us to send in all the puzzles in one envelop - don't hold your breath.

Incidentally, I think the Herculis crossword is the most user unfriendly to send in as it has the name and address bit completely separate from the crossword itself. It is also place next to the spine of the paper making it extremely difficult to cut out without spoiling the paper for subsequent readers.

That's my gripe over - have a good one!
Good point eccles, have been thinking along the same line myself. Like you I nearly always do the Telegraph Saturday and Monday and the Mail on Sunday.
I agree with you twosearch about the Herculis crossword - have often thought that myself.
It would be nice if we could sent in our entries by e-mail, but I very much doubt the Telegraph would agree, but sending puzzles in one envelope would help.
The Telegraph online has three prize crosswords every Monday with a weekly and monthly prize, £50 and £100. I have won the £50 weekly prize five times in two years, which puts me ahead of the game, as no stamps are required and a membership fee of £30 a year. I think this could be the future for Crosswords
Yes I also get the Telegraph online, saves a ot of money
In this day and age, I don't know why the papers don't let you scan and email them.
Do the Telegraph crosswords every day. Positively anti-social if my paper is not delivered. Never send them in. My best hobby. Just enjoy the challenge.
I too do all these and about 6 years ago won £1000 o Mondays Express so will keep on trying - ray of hope for a pensioner and keeps the old brain ticking xx
I personally would not send a crossword that I had not completed myself without help.
