Just the Job Quiz (Answers are occupations)

Like many, it seems, I am "stuck" on Clue 60, (Paid by the parish to search for foxes- 9 letters), where the answer is an occupation. I have seen "warrener" (only 8 letters) and "foxhunter" suggested, but I do not think that either is correct.

I also need help, please, for "39 - Move forward ? - 7 letters".
