when i got home from work, my mum in law had bought us all fish and chips - hard to resist when you're really hungry!
I can't find them on the online calculator. i had a regular fish ( but only ate half) and about a 1/2 a portion of chips and peas.
I want to just count them and move on. Does anyone know how much i should count them as?

thanks chris, i think they may be the old points system. I'll double them..... i think..... :/
plain off the chart on a normal (1/2) portion if you had (i) the fries (ii) the batter.

sorry
I'm longing for fish and chips from the chippy, but the muffin around my waist needs attention.

i dont understand your answer dt?

Gran-don't worry about your muffintop - i have a whole bakery!
I think there is something very wrong if a person can't eat fish and chips occasionally without feeling guilty.
Question Author
i completely agree which is why i want to count them.
Hi Crisgal. If you only had half of the fish and chips it is 8 pro points. I don't know what type of peas you had. An example would be if mushy peas - half a can is 3 pro points. Hope this helps. Ruthie
