Hi everyone

I won the Daily Star crossword on the 31st December, 2010. I still haven't received the cheque.
I sent an email to a Peter Dyke who informed me that if I didn't hear from them by the middle of February to contact him again.
I sent him an email today, and was told he doesn't deal with the crossword prizes and would pass me on to those who do.
Why should I have to pay for a peak time phone call just to claim what is mine.
It has taken all the pleasure out of doing the crossword, and if and when I get the money owed, I won't be doing it again.

How much have you won? Is it worth pursuing?
If you have to ring them simply ask them to call you straight back so your cost is minimal.
All these call centres are happy to call back if asked to.

yes it's for £50
Will come in handy when you get it then. I believe they always take a while to send money. They are very reluctant to part with it.
