Do you mean an airline that will accept a larger bag than that as hand luggage?

check-in i mean the luggage you hand-in to them
Different airlines have different rules. So you'll either need to tell us which airline you're travelling with or which route you wish to fly on. It would also help to know the nature of the over-sized luggage because some airlines make exceptions for certain items only (e.g. skis).

No difficulty at all. Go into any suitcase shop. My Samsonite suitcase is bigger than that
I think that airlines have weight limit on suitcases too, so even if they accept a bigger case you may be limited to what you can put in it.
We're obviously reading your question in different ways here, Infernocy. Further information from you would help us to provide an accurate answer.

However I've just looked again at the dimensions in your post. 23cm x 55cm x 59cm seems in no way to relate to the restrictions for checked baggage on ANY airline. Even Ryanair, which has some of the most rigid rules about baggage, allows up to 81cm x 119cm x 119cm:

Chris
BA's limit is 750 x 900 x 430, which is much larger though the depth is less.
