When Black burn played Spurs at White hart lane Gareth Bale was bought down in the area it was quite clear no contact was made with the ball - No Pen Webbwas in line
10 minutes later Bale hurdles a Blackburn player and is again brought down - No pen.
Later with the game at 3-1 to Spurs Blackburn player is fouled by Spurs center half causing him to "handle to ball" clear ball to arm, he then turns and scores a heck of a goal dissallowed for handball Webbis no more than 5 yds away.
Yes its easy to criticise but its a lot easier if a ref cannot see the simple things. Webb is a disaster.
