35ac Independent House of Lords member 5-7. I have put cross bencher but that does not fit with
32d Most important position 5-2-5 where I have chief of state.
Also 49ac Small strand of something 4 -i-s

Please can someone help me as it is driving me mad.

Which letter does not fit in Chief of State?

The R from Cross is the second letter in chief of state so chief must be wrong. If wisp is right it is not state so it is back to 5 2 5 Most important position.
