Have you heard of Nurishment?? It is a meal drink in a can and comes in many different flavours. It is quite nice as my boys drink it as a drink!!!!

It is available in Tesco's for about �1- �1.20p per can.

You cant beat home made soups. They are more filling when they are home made. I take some in a little tub each day to work and warm them in the microwave.
