No and if he does, you can break in. You can't get done for breaking into your own house :-)
He can't keep you out of a property which you have rights over. If your husband has denied you access I would suggest you seek legal advice immediately - especially as the Courts will be closed Friday - Monday. If you have children, your case is even stronger, but even if this is not the case, you need to secure your matrimonial home rights.
Incidentally, if the situation is already fraught, breaking back into the property could just inflame an already difficult situation.
Why is it bad to change the locks if I am letting my husband inside every time he wants to..... Who's going to protect my property when I am not there? That's my only one concern... I know I can call the police if he stills something, but doing that it is not going give me my belongings back... That's why everyone have insurance, to avoid bad things to happen.
