My aunt died a few months ago and isas worth over 15000 are missing. My uncle has photocopies of these and suspects his son may have them as the funds were removed on a day visit from hospital my aunt and him had arranged to visit the bank.Since then her son was left everything in a will that was changed at the last minute and although the house transfer has been vetoed to the son is there any way of tracing this missing money and is my uncle entitled to this or can she legally give this money to the son.Surely my uncle must have rights as a living spouse.

If she gave the money to the son before she died it's perfectly legal. No point in trying to trace it.
